Train With A Purpose

Exercise or anything that causes struggle and pain is difficult to do- especially when it’s self-inflicted, but we know keeping our body active is important.

The need to ensure all of the systems of the body (respiratory, circulatory, cardiovascular, neuromuscular, arthrokinetics, etc.) are running regularly is important for quality of life. As we age, they begin to deteriorate, so it’s important we stimulate them often. Doing that creates favorable brain chemicals and hormones to make us feel alive and ready to take on life’s challenges.

Remember, the world needs your best! There’s only one YOU and God created you to do great things that impact the world! Be ready!
