SECTION 1 - SHIPPING
Customer service is our priority. As a result, shipping is tailored by region in order to deliver all customers the best service possible. For all details regarding shipping, please see below.
Orders are placed every Monday and shipped via USPS and FedEX.
Tracking numbers are automatically attached to each order and delivered by email once your order has been fulfilled. If you did not receive a tracking order, please email email@example.com or
SECTION 2 - RETURNS
Our return policy is valid 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days, a refund or exchange can not be honored.
To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in the original packaging and a proof of purchase must be presented. Products that have been consumed in full will be ineligible for a refund.
A. Refunds (if applicable)
1. Once product return is received and inspected, notification via email will be sent informing of receipt of product, as well as, the approval or rejection of requested refund.
2. If approved, a refund will be processed. Credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
B. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Waited 10 business days and still no refund?
Please complete the following steps:
1. First, recheck bank account statement for refund.
2. Then contact the credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially released and posted.
3. Next contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

C. Sale items (if applicable)
1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, all products purchased “On Sale” are final purchase and ineligible for refund.
D. Exchanges (if applicable)
1. Only defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement. If there is a need for an even product exchange, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, a gift credit for the value of the product will be given. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed.
2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to another address, a refund to the gift giver and sent to their address.
F. Return Shipping

2. The consumer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds issued will include the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
3. Please allow 7-14 business days for exchanged products, delivery time may vary.
4. There is no guarantee that product will be received. If shipping products over $75, highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
