"Until she leaves for what will be her fourth professional season, Motley stays in shape with workouts at Aiga Performance in Newport News. But it's been months since she's played a game of 5-on-5 basketball."

Four days a week, the Lafayette High School alumnus spends his mornings at Aiga Performance in Newport News. Tyler's workouts have him up early. However, the reason he's training - that cause will arrive late.

"Solomona, a certified athletic trainer who owns Aiga Performance in Newport News already counted those athletes among his clients. But they, and about 25 others who would mostly be training or playing at their schools right now, have signed up for daily classes at Aiga to remain fit until they play again."

Naotala’s uncle, Leland Solomana, a physical trainer at Aiga Performance in Newport News who played for Southern California, says football is a natural sport for Samoans because of their traditional warrior culture and a love of dance that makes the islanders agile."
